This unit can be used both with water or dry. It comes with the pool if using with water or without the pool if using dry. Length without the pool is 18ft. - DELIVERY: We deliver to Phoenix/Glendale and surrounding cities (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
- OCCUPANCY: A maximum of 5-9 kids of equal size at one time for bounce houses, and 1 person at a time for slides is what most inflatable manufacturers recommend.

- Electric outlet within 100 feet of setup area
