Yes we are! Park availability may be limited so please reach out directly! Please note city parks require a special use inflatables permit from the city that can be applied for and purchased through that city’s park and recreation website. Prices normally start at $10 – $25 for a permit. The city will require proof of insurance when applying for the inflatables permit, which we can provide after your booking with us is complete. Same goes for HOA’s. If a company requires being added as an additional insured on our policy, we can do so for an additional $40 fee. Also, please note most parks and greenbelts do NOT have a power source so a generator rental is required.

All of our rentals are overnight rentals unless same day pickup is required. We drop off prior to your event time and you keep it overnight, we pick up the next day usually starting at 7:00am. 

Please make sure you know where you want the inflatable(s) set up, which way you want it to face, that the area is clear of any debris and pet waste, the path to your backyard is free and clear of any obstructions (trash cans, kennels, etc), and that pets are kept inside or locked up. Please have a hose ready if using with water and make sure there is a free outlet. We offer hoses for rent if you do not have one.

Yes we set up and take down our inflatables and canopies. We do NOT set up tables & chairs. If you require tables/chairs setup, there is an extra charge, contact us for the price.

We deliver by the time of your event. We aim for at least 60 minutes prior to the time of your event, but more often than not, we are there several hours earlier. If you specifically need delivery at a certain time, please let us know because otherwise we can arrive at any time prior to your event.

Unfortunately, we do not allow customer pick up at this time, we are delivery only.

We accept Debit/Credit Cards, Zelle, Cash, and ApplePay

We require a 10% deposit at the time of booking and the remainder is due by the time of delivery. 

Yes we require a 10% deposit to complete your booking. This deposit is refundable until three (3) days prior to your event except for the payment convenience fee (card fee). Deposits can be paid via Zelle or ApplePay instead to avoid the card fee. Within the three (3) day window, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but can be applied to a future rental if re-booked within one year.

Full refund if cancelled three (3) days prior to your event except for the payment convenience fee (card fee). If it is within the three (3) days, the deposit becomes non-refundable, but can be applied as a credit to a future rental within one year. Payment convenience fees (card fees) are always non-refundable. No refunds after delivery has been made. 

Yes, we cannot set up if there are strong winds above 15mph, heavy rain, and/or thunderstorms. If this occurs after delivery has been made, we require you to immediately unplug the inflatable, remove the blower, and put it in a covered area. You are welcome to use it again once the weather clears. Please note we do not offer refunds due to weather conditions after delivery has been made. 

This will depend on how many items you rent but typically setting up just an inflatable takes about 15-30 minutes depending on the unit and layout of your backyard. 

No, we only need you there for delivery. For pickup, you can leave your gate unlocked and leave all items out back for us to pick up. 

Yes, we lay down tarps for all bouncy houses, waterslides, and obstacle courses unless they are on turf.

Yes! We offer 50% off a 2nd day rental. 

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. We also clean our tables and chairs upon delivery.

Only if the unit is set up on dirt/sand. Fee will be calculated at checkout.
